I was recently gifted some Black Domina, known mostly for crosses made with it, she is a kickass strain all on her own! I want an auto version and decided on Black Dragon for the auto genes. I'm starting 40 Black Dragons and 5 Black Domina, all regs, tomorrow. The Black Dragons will be grown out in 1 gallon pots, SOG style, the Black Domina will occupy a tent to themselves at a certain point, with a possible transplant into 3.9 gallon auto pots.. Medium for all will be my organic soil.

Thank you! I'm excited! I just put 60 Black dragon to soak. Going to start them in Jiffy pods and select the best 40 into 1 gallon pots. Should also have my new Quantum Board light installed in the seedling tent we'll see if a 100 watt little light can replace the 345 watt monstrosity thats in there now. Also, when the dragons leaves are as wide as the pots, I'll connect the Aqua Valve to the reservoir and automate the watering in this tent, and then all will be automated.

Black Domina will be started in the morning.

This is going to be tricky, getting the timing right for scheduling tents, I'm pushing the limits with this but I've got a lot to get done lol! I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!

Yeah, I'm lucky to have this much space! My lady and I have three bedrooms. One is my grow room, one is her toy room ( She collects classic toys ). It 9'x10'. I have three tents and a cabinet in there! Two, 4'x4' tent's now, and the 2'8" x2'8" x 5' tent. I'm halting my constant stream of new strains in favor of developing my own to add to the couple I have now. I'm going to try to fit three grows into the greenhouse this year, with one being the F2 Black Hammer. And of course a nice, big grow of Blue Dragon!

Another breeding project in the near future will be Mossy's Dragon's Blood x Black Hammer, then back crossed to Dragon's Blood. I'm looking for a little more Indica to smooth out the high. I'll also take my Dragon Kush ( Durrty Dragon x KVS ) to F3.

And of course my Ducksfoot restoration project is ongoing, and my Azure Duck F1's are breeding right now, they were put on 12/12 about 5 days ago. No clear sign of sex yet ( Ducksfoot is a VERY strange species.. ) probably next week I should be finding males!

So yeah, this broken oldfart is going to be very busy, keeps me going lol!!

No, I'm going to use a Dragon male on a Domina female, I've seen better sucess that way in the hunt for autos. My Blue Dragon was bred that way. Even though the auto male was a Durrty Dragon, a small auto, the cross gave me the large autos I wanted. I've harvested up to 8 ounces from a Blue Dragon!

Yep, I'm pushing it with the light, I've no doubt its not quite enough for a full grow of that many, however, all males will be removed, I have a closet I use for breeding, far from the grow room. The pollinated females and residual females will remain. A second light may be added by flowering time.

it actually doesnt matter which you use, outside of cannabis plant breeders typically cross males and females to males and females of the 2 strains being crossed but either way, same mix of genes give or take.

so my next question is... how you gunna work out the timing? the black dragon males are gunna start dropping a lot of pollen by about the first month... do u have a male box or are you planning to save pollen?

They will reside in the conjugal visit room till the select females are ready..lol! A broom closet.
I'm actually doing the F4 cross of the Black Dragon at the same time. I actually started with some very old F2 seed that was gifted to me.
