yeah 2-3 to start depending then add another a week or so into flower IF its lacking and not as green or spinning up well and fading. But should be fine.I have used a few items not from bio tabs and its was fine so far.

I started out growing in bus tubs, the black or gray plastic containers the guys clean your table off with at an average restaurant I chalked up problems to - too small container, and switched to big ass storage containers lol. Do you think that was overkill? Too much soil now for the proper nutrient concentration? Or waste of space and amount of materials needed for that large of a pot?

thats usually how it works with most newer growers.One extreme or the other.LOL its all good. for biotabs a 3-5 gallon pot depending on strain size average should be fine. tubs can work but its such a larger amount of soil itll use yur whole box of stuffs up probably.and if it fades early its a lot to treat since itll be deep as well as wide. So Id go in between the two if you are doing large tubs.Id stay with pots though

I will probably just keep the same tubs and just use 5 gallons or so of soil then.

well with autos you want deep really. 10-12 inches. but some width too. but if theyre like 8 inches or so thatll do alright too. just not as large a yeild generally speaking

No, these tubs are around 18 inches deep and like 14x24...pretty huge

Hey guys, I'm new here as well! Just ordered the starter pack yesterday...along with the boom boom spray, and bio PK 5-8! I'm very excited!

I have stalked the shit out of AFN for about 2 years now, and finally made an account. Gotta love that security question. "What month does 4/20 fall on" lmao!!

I have used nothing but Earth Juice products only so far, with the GBD soil mix from Mephisto....super excited to try out the tabs system! @Waira @blue @Ryker604_BT @Biotabs F69 @Hippy_BiotabsF70 @Eyes on Fire @stoney T @KrazyDave @Wawashell @Vapo69 These guys' grows and their trials and experiences, all inspired me to try the tabs.

I will be using @mephisto gear....THE absolute best of the best!
I will be growing in Happy Frog, with added perlite, worms, pulverized dolomite lime, and biotabs system.

Homemade pots out of large storage containers with drainage holes throughout the bottom, and 1/3 way up the sides for help with wicking.

3x5 Ipower tent,
1000w Hydrofarm Phantom dimmable ballast
Plantmax MH for veg, Hortilux HPS for flower
Sun Systems Blockbuster reflector with 8" exhaust.

I will start a journal when the tabs arrive, and I have decided which of my remaining Mephisto seeds I plan to use. I have grown several of their strains, I always only do 3 at a time...due to my chosen pot size. For this attempt, I'm leaning towards Manbearalienpig, 3 bears OG, and probably bubbly livers.

Anyway...I'm happy to finally 'be here" lol Officially! And not just taking all the information I can find. I have had yellowing problems almost every grow...so I'm hoping with the support of AFN, and the quality of the biotabs. This will be one to be proud of.
