New Grower BillyWu's first grow - Think Different autoflowering

:thumbs:I have to say that I've seen two grows of the "Think Different" strain, and I believe that "Dutch Passions" has a certifiable hit on their hands:dance:. Of course, maximum credit has to go to growers like you, Billy Wu:thumbs: and Seymore Buds who has the DWC under Led's fine tuned like a classical violin. I'm wanting to try LED's for sure, and DWC...........maybe. First i have to have a successful grow of my own..........I am cautiously optimistic.

hey Billy. Awesome grow bro! Keep up the good work. Just a suggestion on deciding for your next grow... go for the TD again. If you grew this amazing plant on your very first grow, you should be able to do even better the next time. Dial in this strain and i bet you have bumper harvest of dank bud everytime!

hi billy, you grow looks amazing and very much the same quality as seymor's. quite sure the soil TD is gone test a whole lot better..... I've been following your diary for a while and decided to order TD myself.
Could you help me with some questions please?

I have two rooms for growing, basicaly a vegetative room with a 250w HPS blue light and a budding room 400w hps yellow light.
Usually i swap plants depending on the type of plant, after 4 or 8 weeks veg. room to the bud room. Normally i have the veg. room with 24h light and the bud room with 12/12h light.
Now this is the first time iam growing autoflower. What should i do?
I thought of 3-4 weeks veg. room with 24h and than the rest of the growth bud room with 12/12. Can you recommend that or should i just leave them in one room and go with 18/6h all the time or 20/4h ?

Your advice is much appriciated

Thanks everyone, really great comments :] I haven't grown quite as much as Seymour this time around, but I'm hoping with my next CO2 enriched grow I will.

Harry, good setup there :] With autoflowers though you don't need to worry about light cycles. Mine was grown under 20/4 250W HPS all the way through.
Don't worry about 12/12 with autoflowers, they prefer less dark :]

Day 60

Just 10 days left until harvest :] Gave her the final feeding today, gonna stick to plain pH 7 water now to flush out any remaining nutrients. Gave her a strong dose of 1.75mS (825 PPM), hope she can handle it!

i forgot one more thing.
Is it ok to use in the first 3-4 weeks the 250hps blue light and than move the plant to the room with 400w yellow light?
At the moment i have one warlock growing in the 400w room and its set on 12/12, it still needs about 4 weeks

i started 3 TD's 3 days ago under the 250w light and one is already up and breathing

Dude i first read seymours grow report for TD and got all hyped up have set aside £450 for a TD setup for the end of this month which i was convinced dwc was the way forward but looking at your first grow you have changed my mind completely, i tried a cheese plant a few years back but didnt know my asshole from my elbow got stressed it died that was the end of my growing history. your persistence and the remarkable assistance from this forum now i have read your thread has shown me that soil is the way to go for my first grow and just wanted to say from a complete noob if i had a hat i'd take it off to you good grow, good luck and i will be watching your threads from now on..
