Alright peeps a little update. I put my auto white widow seed in for a good soak yesterday to start off propagation. Now I'm using the paper towel method again to propagate my seed before it goes into the rockwool 
Gonna soak my rockwool and clay pebbles in some pH 5.5 water with a 1/8 dosage of Voodoo juice, should get the roots off to a good start. Been doing a few tests with the res to make sure my temperatures and humidity are all in check. Reservoir temperature is currently at 71.5 degrees Fahrenheit, hopefully the HPS won't warm it up too much more.
That's without the air pump, by the way. Still waiting on the postman for that Should be here tomorrow and should be good for cooling the reservoir too, what with the cool air being pumped in and all.

Should be here tomorrow and should be good for cooling the reservoir too, what with the cool air being pumped in and all.Just a quick point about your airpump. Have you tried elevating it above the buckets or are you running it at floor level. I found mine to run much quieter if its a few feet higher than the buckets its pumping too. Also try folding a few towels or tshirts etc and putting them underneath it, whilst you may still hear the hum it should drastically reduce the noise thats carrying through on vibrations outside the room. Also I think the pump has to work less hard when it is located higher than the buckets. 0.02

Yeah it'll be above the buckets, probably gonna be on a shelf on the wall. The other air pump was seriously far too loud, covered it with half a dozen towels and it will still a monster Fortunately this new one is 32 dB, which is very quiet. The other one was about 46.

Tetratec also make very good air pumps v quiet the aps 400 is great

Alright folks, a quick update. The seed is still propagating in the paper towel, it should be ready tomorrow.
I've boiled my clay pebbles for a bit to make sure they're all clean, boiled, bleached and washed my DWC bucket yesterday to make sure that's all clean too.
Clay pebbles are soaking for 24 hours in pH 5.5 water. Rockwool is soaking in pH 5.5 water with a little bit of Voodoo Juice in it ready for the seed
Got my new pump today too, it's bloody fantastic. Absolutely silent and very powerful, perfect for my needs.

Looks like a jacuzzi.
