Live Stoner Chat Big Shout Out!

Good Morning All!

Today the ladies are at Day 23 and they appear to doing great. Thought I would start to see some stretching but not yet. I will give them 2 grams of MegaCrop and 2ml of Cal Magic.

Thoughts anyone?
Thanks @twentyeight.threefive @Fitzy @MR magoo @Dreminem169 @St. Tom @Couch_Lock
Looking great. Don't worry about the low height, they will explode when they start to flower.

I 100% agree with the above. If you water every other day or every 3 days it's going to create issues down the line. As the nutrient solution dries in the coco the water evaporates and the salts stay behind in the coco. The next time you feed the solution hits these salt pockets and causes EC spikes. This is why daily feeding to significant runoff is important in DTW coco.

Good Morning All!

I fed my Gelato and Gorilla Glue yesterday 2.5 grams of MegaCrop and 2ml of Cal Mag. My question is as I am told feed/water everyday, when I water/feed today should I give them the same amount of nutes? My thinking is I may burn them. Today is Day 25

please advise @MR magoo @Couch_Lock @twentyeight.threefive @Fitzy @Mañ'O'Green @St. Tom @blue @namvet25
@Jackson 2.5 g of Mega Crop is a meaningless number? You need to know the PPM/PH of the solution you are feeding. When asking a question be sure it is complete. What are you growing in? We do not want to have to go read 20 pages to try to figure out what you are growing in. Where did you get your schedule? Are you sure you need that much Cal-Mag?

You probably already have too high Ca/Mg levels in the coco, heading for future problems.

If you see need to feed Ca/Mg, I suggest do it foliarly and avoid messing with the coco.

@Jackson You are 25 days into a coco grow and you do not know how to fertigate and you do not have the mandatory meters? You need to do some research and study.

Start here:

I won’t bother you again! @Mañ'O'Green . I only asked for advice, not to be criticized. I’ve been growing in soil for years and using coco for the first time.

Yeah that does sound a bit flamey - :hothot: I am sorry I was so blunt! Might be the dabs  You cannot transport growing knowledge in soil to coco. It is a whole new world.

Coco is a complicated grow style that requires a learned skill set and dedicated time to tend to it to be successful.

Not to :deadhorse:, but you REALLY need an EC/ppm meter. Even the cheap ones on Amazon will get you by. $13 EC/ppm. Otherwise any advice given about feeds is just guessing.

But my guess on feeds would be to go back to 1 gram/gallon. Knowing you starting EC/ppm of your water is important too. I've seen some awful tds numbers out of the tap from people posting.

not going to lie... all the research i did with ec/ppm numbers just confused the hell out of me.

but i went ahead and grew coco anyways using a ph pen and have been very lucky!

@Olderfart im finally back after a yr+ of asking some coco questions.. so i figured i should share my experience.
