"Haze XXL Autoflowering is a vigorous award-winning marijuana plant that grows rather big, with a large internodal spacing..."
"Comprehensive life cycle 85 days..."

Pinch, top, LST, and pinch again!!!

I’ve never done any LST on previous grows, but I think it’s definitely necessary! Just curious how young to start?

My balcony railing is about 4ft high so I’m going to try and keep them shorter than that...

Thanks for all the replies, I appreciate all the advice!

After the 4th node is a common time.

Short update : the girls are on day 7 now and doing well. One of them was attacked by a bird and was ripped out of the soil. Luckily the root was not damaged and she seems to be recovering and growing well.

To protect my plants from scary birds and my dog, I’ve set up a small greenhouse. I’m planning on putting a thermometer in there tonight to monitor heat and humidity to make sure they don’t get too hot. I think it will be ok while they fit lol.

Does anyone else have experience with these cheapo mini greenhouses?

Day 14 - all 4 plants are looking good. Went away for a week and left my husband in charge of watering them and overwatered them. Luckily the sun is drying up the soil and they are looking less droopy.

Still quite stretched but going to start LST at 4 nodes.

Here are some pics!

Day 19 - plants were stretching quite a bit and were getting too heavy. Decided to try lst to keep them short but not sure if I did it to early. Not as many nodes as I wanted but unsure of what else to do.

Temps are around 25c and they are receiving ~8 hrs of sunlight. They haven’t needed any water in almost a week but Ph is under control now.

Any tips on when to start with grow nutes?

All advice is appreciated!

Thanks!
