Thank You all for the time. Pictures and plant observation is much easier now that the plants are back under the Marshydro SP=3000 lights. The HPS did their job helping with the low temps but I went back the LEDs as soon as the cold spell was over and reduced the time on to 18 hours to protect my beer money.

Alright, week 11 and plants #9,#2,#4,#1 are at 20% amber and then they will get 48 hours of darkness then chopped. The other 8 Blue Dream plants are going to take longer. Happy farming

Do you find the darkness to increase trichs, or do it out of ritual? I thought about give my next harvest a time out, but could depend on when they finish.

I like your word ritual, because I have nothing to back up my claim that the dark period helps with the desired positive effect with anything. I was taught by a grower who believed this to be true and I have kept doing it when I can. If I could see some science on the issue that would be informative and hopefully not embarrassing.
