Indoor Badfinger's Grow Room

if you are going to use ffhf I wouldnt worry about it being to hot. started 20 or so straight into the soil for germination in ffhf never had any issues with to hot. now I use promix hp way better drainage no nutes in it so I have full control dont have to worry about it being to hot. Just start my nutes in 7 to 10 days at 1/4 strength work great for the 10 or so plants I have started so far.

9-12-2022 week 4

I'm posting my update a day ahead, so just try to imagine the girls 2 foot taller.
No issues this past week, but I usually get any kind of problems in the transition from veg to flower.
Tomorrow they get watered and a 1/4 cup of 4-4-4 Dr. Earth's Premium Gold.

I will start with this weeks group pic vs last weeks group pic. Followed by solo shots. All I can report is their growing.
Thanks for checking out my thread.

9-20-2022 week 5

Caught a touch of Nitrogen Toxicity, I been feeding them as if they were a week younger then they really were, due to the early stunt. Will be switching to the flower nutes now, and I expect them to grow out of this present issue.
The one Blackberry grew 20" in a week, doesn't have a lot of foliage, but shows the worse signs of to much nitrogen.

Aside from my weekly update.
I am wondering if this girl is changing sex, or it's just the way she looks. She started out looking female, but there looks like a change is happening.
I never had a plant structured like this one, tall, lanky and pretty bare of the amount of foliage I am accustomed to seeing.

Broke up the lights today, all three girls are just too different in height. I never seen a plant grow 2+ ft. in a week before. And I hope she's done, cause I only have about 4-5 inches of light adjustment left. Plus I think my lights too close to the top of the plant even now. She is still a slim jim though.

9-28-2022 week 6

My tallest Blackberry is now 43".
The Blackberry's both started getting what I think is a phosphorus deficiency. I just gave them their first bloom nutes (Flower Girl) 5 days ago.
The AK is fine and looks great, so I have to assume this is a genetics issue, were they must be burning through the phosphorus in the pot.

Despite my deficiency/lockout issue I'm trying to figure out with this BB strain, she's still growing.
She is 45" tall and 6" from the light, which I now have turned back to 55% power and a DLI of 48.
I installed another panel light on the side, and am rotating the plant. It's all I can think of doing in this 1st world problems situation.

More picture's because, hey it's my thread and I like looking at them.
It's always easy to know when it's growing season in the Badfinger household, it's when I start hearing comments from Mrs Badfinger along the lines of, wish you were pulling my zippers as much as I hear that dam tent zipper. LOL

I have really neglected my AK Auto as far as picture updates. Since I never grew a strain as colorful as the BB's, and they have my full attention most of the time.
She is laggin behind the other's but a picture of health.
