It would be fair to us, if you can check this thread @DutchPassionTony and comment about quallity of seeds you sent to us...
That's not normal, I pulled out 4 seedlings as they were stunted. And also bunch of other members have the same troubles. Number of damaged plants is too high to say "it happens".
