Hey neb, no worries mate were all learning all the time. sadly i hadnt found this site when i started so i gave nutes too early(oh how we think we know it all at the beginning) i wouldnt give nutes to an autoflower until week 2 from now on. think its ok to use a small amount of root stimulator but you will want to check with one of our resident 'yodas' first..........hmmmm...green fingers you will have...young jedi.

My heat problem was due to plants being in my attic which is almost definatly the hottest place in britain and in a homemade tent, i now have new tent, extractor, filter, fans and oxygen pump for my tank, installed all that on day 42 when i took pics and girls are looking healthier. im using hps 250w due to being skint but im itching to get l.e.d's after seeing the results onsome of the grows on here.

Tent Test (Green Room GR 240N) . Am checking all equipment before I place the girls inside (waiting for the T connector to connect carbon filter to air cooled tubes). Temp is stable and a consistent humidity is held inside. Slight whistle noise from the ducting, but nothing to worry about IWS Ebb and flow set to flood every 4 hours when lights are on and no flood when off. Oxygen stone from air pump and water heater set at 24cel inside nute tank. Nute tank filled with stored water from the hot water supply and left to cool down (EC reading of 0.8 and PH 5.8). Will test it over the next week to calculate the extractor ratio. Everything seems

Hey Puff, I was involved with a company importing plant grow LEDs back in 2006, they have come on in leaps and bounds over the last 2 years. I don't think the output is high enough for photos just yet, but they will work wonders with the new Auto strains.

You can make up your own units, there is a company in whales called "ENFIS". They make very high powered LED light engines that you can place around your grow room or tent. I like the idea of placing them on the side walls so that they will penetrate the plants from all angles and not just from above.

Sounds like its worth investigating for next grow, im lovin the look of led's for small auto grows, cheers for info buddy. p.s got new pics up on profile, starting to get interesting now (rubs hands together) .

Puff, how old are the girls & have you added any top booster yet? I would recommend House & Garden's shooting powder & Bud XL! works a treat

Update on Critical + (photo) @ 24 days old. I've put her in the tent under a 600w HPS in Plagron Royalty Mix and Water PH @ 5.8 (She looks a bit yellow but that's due to the light and flash).

Update on Critical + (Photo) @ 31 days old.....She's in a 11 ltr pot with Plagron Royalty Mix with 600W HPS. looking a bit yellow!? is that down to over watering?

Could be, how often have you been watering? Have you fed them yet, and if so, how much?

Hi Muddy, I've only given them bubbled water and @ 6.3 PH. I've also watered them daily but with only small amounts and around the root zone. No nuts as the soil mix has up to 6 weeks of fertilizer??
