I have two DP/DP autos. Both are 23 days from seed. The slightly larger one is at 1". It is already showing pistils. This is my first indoor grow in over a decade. Is it normal for an autoflower to show pistils at 23 days old. Thanks

Hey Charles! I agree with Stoney. Everything is normal, and the look of that girl is very nice! Will you do some more updates as the time goes? :smokeout:

Thanks for the reply's guys. I have two Durban's and one at day 27 is at 11 inches she is the one showing pistils for about a week now. The other is at nine inches and has not shown pistils yet. I plan on taking photo's weekly. Tomorrow Sunday will be the end of week four and I will take some pictures and post pictures for the first four weeks. Thanks again.

This is a budget grow that took a month out of my SS check to purchase a tent. Second month to purchase seeds, basic Flora nutrients, 5" peat pots and starter coco. Third month a generic 215 watt cob light with Epstar LED chips. They do not put the brand name on the light or instructions. But it is working well for me so far. We wills see how it flowers. Five Oxy Ultra 3 gallon squat pots that are 8" high and 13" wide. I've always liked squat pots because I believed they provide the upper air roots better oxygen. And a bale of Botnicare coco. next month will be air and exhaust. I just leave the tent open now for air.
I have three girls in a 36" X 36" X 72" tent. Two Dutch Passion Durban Poisons and a Humboldt Seed Co. Blue Dream all autos. For this thread I will concentrate on the Durban Poisons only. The two Durban's are front and rear left at the end of week one.

I am learning to navigate my way around the forum. Sorry for the duplicate pics.
Second up is the end of week two. I started the Flora nutrients for this week.

For week three I got my 3 gallon squat pots and coco bail. Getting there. The Durban's are in the rear A on the right and B on the left. Bottom A first and last B.

On week 4 the roots have burst through the peat pots and are receiving full FORA veg nutrients. A showed pistils AT 23 days followed by B at day 27. These girls are rocking with side branches keeping pace with the main stem. The way things look now I can expect many secondary colas. A has reached 11" and B 8" 8"

I am using full GH veg nutrients now with CALiMagic. They are on a 20/4 light schedule. And are fed four times a day currently at a half cup per feeding with no runoff. At the end of the feed week I run off enough to take a PH sample. Then flush with tap water PH 7 about 30 gallons each. And then rinse with gassed off tap water adjusted to PH 5.5. With runoff from the flush coming to PH 5.5. It seems to be working for me. Then wait for at least 12 hours before they go back onto their feeding schedule. Any advice or criticism is welcomed. Thanks
