Dutch Passion Auto Durban Poison Pistils

I think your girls looking great Charles. Will definitely be some nice buds out of those :passit:

The ladies are ten weeks old today from sprout. They are looking like they will go another three weeks. The Calyx's are swelling and the Trichomes are producing well. I had a problem with something dining on the leaf and could not find the culprits. So I used the resources I had and made a tobacco tea. I sprayed the girls down avoiding the flowers as much as possible and gave the coco a good drench. Two days later I removed the girls from the tent for a thirty gallon flush each. When I went back to the tent to vacuum it out. I found two dead caterpillars on the tent floor. I used tobacco tea for decades in my gorilla grows with no adverse effect. Studies have shown that tobacco used as a insecticide is harmless as long as you cease using it three to four weeks before harvest of consumables. They both topped out at 39". And I staked them so they spend more energy on flower production rather than branches so to support the flowers. Here are a few pics.

The lady behind them is a Blue Dream Auto? She popped at the same time as the Durban's ten weeks ago and still no sign of flowering. I suppose someone mixed up a seed somewhere. I will have a new place for her by the weekend so I can have more room to flower and dry the Durban"s. she is at 45" and still growing. If I let her go I will have a seven' with the early flower stretch. So I will top her about a 1,5' and the side branches starting at about four nodes for the uppers and reducing it a node as I go down. Veg her for about four more weeks then move her into the tent and start tying her down for 12/12 flowering. I suspect she will fill every inch of the 36"x36" tent. Here is a pic of her.

I bought the seeds from Mary's seeds in the UK. They have been super quick on responding to me and very apologetic. They sent me five freebies. !. Kannabia Seed Company, Micromachine Auto. 2. SamSara, Ultraviolet. 3. Exotic Seed, Green Gummy Auto. 4. Mephisto Genetics, Sour Crack. 5. Fast Buds, Mexican Airlines. I am not familiar with breeder seeds having used my own Mexican Michoacan based seeds for thirty years. So I will have to do some studying to find what seeds will be compatible with size and stature so to grow together. So I am not jacking plants up so to keep a even canopy.

The Durban's are eleven weeks old today. They are still stacking flowers especially the lower two thirds. I will start them on dry Koolbloom before the weekend with half strength for a week. Full strength for another week. Then a 30 gallon tap water flush followed by a week of gassed off water. They have the tent to themselves now with the Blue Dream that did not auto being in another location until the Durban's are done and I can move her to the tent to flower on 12/12. Some pics from today of the Dutch Passion Durban Poisons starting week eleven.

A couple of months ago I had a small moth flying around the tent. A couple of weeks ago I had four caterpillars dining on my girls. I have eradicated that problem but can not feel that they have slowed growth. They are now fertilizer.

12 weeks old today. I was getting impatient and was planing on chopping them today. But the past week has seen the flowers put on some great weight. And my Koolbloom dry will not be here until today. So I flushed them this AM and will start them on final nutes tomorrow for a week. Then a week to flush which will put the girls at 14 weeks to chop. Here are this weeks pics.

The leaves are giving up their nitrogen and some pistils are still white while the trichomes are still clear to cloudy. But a week on full strength Koolbloom dry should cure that. Take care.
