I have worked with the mac quite a bit. I got the cut before a lot of people got it.
Its true it does not seed well but if you know what to cross to it and hunt those out a better keeper is definitely possible.
As far as herms go I have not experienced that. We made a ton of F1s directly and there was no herm reports. A few mutants but I have seen some beautiful plants come off the Mac.

I have a MAC x Kumquat cut (Kre8) that is simply amazing and bullet proof, ..
My MAC1 cut is a bitch..The worst mom I have ever kept in terms behavior..honestly feel like killing her most days. But I will venture into the auto x photo F1 and see if there is any promise in terms of working her further...got other irons in the fire at the moment.

Weird.. My caps cut is the easiest plant in my garden.. Sometimes I forget it's even there, lol. It's doesn't need me for much at all.

If only I knew, I'm sure she'd be happier....everyone in my circle agrees she's fussy, and yes she is very slow to veg.
I have close to 20 different moms and she's the only one that acts up for me...she definitely doesn't like her feet too wet.

White widow and kind of a gassy smell. I'm terrible at describing smells cause it mostly all just smells like weed to me. I smell so much weed man it kind of starts to blend together. People that buy grams at a time and get in a brand new car can probably describe it better than me. My rooms are so packed with weed smells all that shit kind of just blends.
It really just smells like a strong kind of musty smell like an old school funk. I'm around weed so much it comes off me in the shower. You can prob get high off the resin on my clothes.

I fully understand that. Like I mentioned on cp, I wear terps like it’s cologne.
Elite autos are in high demand, so many would welcome your Mac auto. Hopefully Mac’s poor seed production will not carry over into the auto strain. Seed production is a must for a successful auto strain. Good luck brother.

Yeah I only need a new mac that carries all the good and drops all the bad. Thats the beauty of genetics. Crossing to the AC I think will work out. I'm actually going to pollinate all 700 of the new macs in the selection process and sprout a few of every one of them. They will be selected not only on pure darkness but also child bearing abilities. The bullshjt mutants and weak plants will be culled immediately, hopefully i can narrow it down to 30 keepers and just pop 10 seeds from each one and see which one carries over the greatness.
