Yeah I did mine a couple at a time and bought the PLC to replace the HPS. Couldn't afford to do all at once, but I wanted to make sure I got the hps out before it got hot here. Loving the lights so far, they're performing as I expected. I should be seeing near 400w equiv in here with 220w of Cree cob led(240w wall(cheap drivers & fans). I had the cheaper Mars300s before(and even a mars400), and they weren't really an improvement over hps, just less heat and and less spread.

Day 45

Behind on updates but here they are, bud developing for all of them. Fed with some worm tea. Couple showing progressing nitrogen deficiency already, a bit early but we are in 2gal pots. Sharing space with 4 other seedlings now, plan to rotate positions every couple days from this point on.

Day 66

Had them all out for a trichrome check today. 5-10% Amber on both Jack47, 5% on dark devil, 25% on killer kush, and 0% on black Jack(but 80% milky). Removed most fan leaves and I'll harvest them next week.

Jack 47 definitely a different pheno than the other. This one is super sweet smelling. Very very strong.

Harvest day. Day 71 above soil and day 74 from seed for all of them. Just a quick chop and hung them up. Will trim them in a day or 2.
