Setup

• Growlab GL80 2'7"x2'7"x5'11"
• 240w of Cree Cob power, 37,000 lumens
• 4" eBay brand inline fan with 6" Phresh filter

Ignore the photoperiods. No more of those for us here.

3000k and 5000k with 6500k and 2700k supplemental.

Medium and Nutes:

• Coots recipe organic soil(1/3 peat moss, 1/3 perlite, 1/3 worm castings with mineral and ammendments kit from buildasoil.com)
• General Organics bottled nutes(Grow, Root, Bloom, Bud)
• Swick self wicking perlite bed for lazy watering(holds ~10 gallons of water
• 2 gallon smart pots

They're going to get about half the available space and will be vegging while I have some other autos flowering, and visa versa. It might get a little crowded in here.

In jiffy pellets while I get their pots emptied.

And a Big Devil XL I have at 65 days old. Topped early and kinked to get this XL wide form.

And a recently harvested Dark Devil. Sweet grapey smell, clean taste and a motivating high. Short 10" girl got topped late and fed too much nitrogen and still got me 28.7g of jumbo bud.

And Big Devil XL(Day 71) looking like 75% cloudy trichs. Couple weeks to go maybe.

Big Devil XL came down today. I didn't notice any Amber trichromes, looked to be 90% cloudy though. 80 days seed to Harvest, 275g wet, so should be close to 2 oz of super sweet smelling bud.

Easy to trim?
Look compact and not too much "leaf overage".

She was a joy to trim. Not too leafy plenty frosty so I pretty much just trimmed flush against the colas. Density is I'd say 7/10, good size buds and no real "bottom buds" from opening the canopy extra wide. Not a massive yield, but taking her size into effect, easily 450+ gpm2 of quality organic bud at around 11 weeks seed to weed.

I'm interested in seeing how DD does in a 2gal pot, if she can pump out an oz in that, were looking at ~600gpm2 of sweet purple bud at 10-11 week cycles.

Half strength GO feeding.

Big Devil XL jarred and weighed. 59.4g. Feels a bit too crispy on the buds but I'll give them a day in the jar and rehydrate if needed. There also was about 4g of trim. Thats smoked for my samples, and oh boy what a sample.

Semi smoke report: Overly dry big devil trim smokes smooth, smells sweet, and has a wonwderful high. More head than body, kinda has an old school stoned feel to it. Very relaxing, euphoric, creativity boost, appetite stimulant, no couchlock, but also not too energetic. I'm fine sitting on the couch, or I'm fine working in the grow room. And I keep thinking to myself "this is just the sugar trim, wait till you try the bud"

And for math, since we all love math. Big yield in a small package. Based on fitting 9 of her in a 1mx1m, 525gpm2 In 80day seed to weed, or 6.5g per m2 per day.
