Indoor Atulips Auto Adventure - Organic Soil - Multi Strain

Welcome to my perpetual auto grow. The goal here is to maintain around 6 plants, with harvests every 2 weeks or so. Autos are perfect since we can use a single tent rather than needing a separate veg/flower area. I also plan to top each strain I grow once to see how they do. And i like my plants short and cute.

My Equipment:

• Growlab GL80L 2'7"x4'11"x6'7"
• Mars Hydro 300w (130w) (planning to add 2 more of these)
• Quantum 600w ballast with Hortilux 600w HPS in a cheap air cooled hood
• EBay no brand 6" inline fan with 8" Phresh Filter located in the attic(filter at exhaust for smell leaks(planning go add a 6" phresh filter in the tent for double smell removal))
• EBay no brand 2'x2'x3' tent for drying(shared ventilation)

Seeds will be started on the right under the led(I plan for 3 to give each their own light) and will finish under the HPS. We can fit a maximum of 8 plants in here. It's a bit chaotic right now, finishing a photoperiod currently.

Drying tent connected with 4" ducting

120mm muffin fan sewn to the duct to create negative pressure in our drying tent.

Medium and Nutes:

• Coots recipe organic soil(1/3 peat moss, 1/3 perlite, 1/3 worm castings with mineral and ammendments kit from buildasoil.com)
• General Organics bottled nutes(Grow, Root, Bloom, Bud)
• Swick self wicking perlite bed for lazy watering(holds ~20 gallons of water)
• 5 gallon smart pots from seed to harvest

First off our perlite bed is dry for now, I need a dehumidifier or the humidity stays around 75%. So everyone gets top waterings for now. Hoefully I can spring for a 30 or 50 pint dehumidifier in a few weeks and run the drain hose directly to our perlite bed.

Also the lights are on 13/11 for another week or so, then I'll set it on 16/8

Dark Devil(Day 26) dropped seed directly in soil on 11/20 above soil 4 days later, topped on 12/13, a little late but I got caught up harvesting and smoking my photoperiods. Topped at 4 nodes, 3 is the goal. Also broke her little leaf with my big clumsy hands.

Big Devil XL(Day 7) Dropped seed in soil on 12/9 and she rose 4 days later. Stretching a bit to the light. She'll get a light feeding in a few days with grow root and CaMg

Bubble Kush(Day 2) This is my second seed attempt. First one failed to germinate and I turned the soil over but found no seed. This time we gave her a 6 hr pre soak before dropping in soil.

RQS Cheese presoaked 6hrs then put in soil in case Bubble Kush doesn't germ. Trying to get some royal queen genetics in here.

Bubble Kush(Day 6) successful germination. Might be the temps. I'm having trouble heating the LED side. Under the HPS we're at 92℉, LED side I'm at 68℉. 2 more Mars Hydro 300w(130w) arriving later today, so maybe 3 leds will heat it up a bit or having an entire light for each pot will keep them a bit warmer. I've got a space heater running at full heat in the room the tent is in(stays around 75℉), but its hard to keep up with the 6" inline fan. Need to replace the 600w HPS with some sort of LED.

Lights arrived and hung. Now we can have 3 pots with their own 140w led. Also opened the intake flap on the hps side, and closed it on the led side. That should have been the obvious solution to my temp problems. Led side temps with intake now closed and 2 more lights, right at 75℉, hps side is at 80℉ in the shade, 89℉ at 24" under the light. Still a bit high, might crank up the inline fan(around 80% speed currently) or open half of the back side intake vent. Just need to make sure I maintain negative pressure.

Dark Devil(day 32) Watered with General Organics Grow, Root, CaMg. Veg feeding, hoping she gains some size. Tiny little sucker.

Big Devil XL(day 14) watered with GO grow, Root, camg at full strength.

Bubble Kush(day 8) still hasn't risen up fully yet.
