there are good deals on used blackstar's, as well as other brands, available for decent prices on eBay. one of the 4 spot chrome models sold for about $145 a week ago. just gotta keep your eyes open. hps is definitely a viable option too, i just don't know much about them. besides, i dig the different hues of reds and blues in a big, big way.

im sure it does look cool disco days lol .....seems the tyrue colors of the flowers come out as well and ill keep that open i see alot of them but not black star just some other panels ......thanks for the insight !!!!!!

gbd ?s ...i just found a 2 panel deal for Quad ban 450 led lights whit orange red white and blue .....the price is amazing for both is this a repitubale brand cause the price is hard to beat besides I have 2 120v 2 foot 4 bulbs T5 HO lights at the moment .....should this be a good match it says the have 23 par each

be safe man hey i just went ahead and ordered them it was like 49.95 its 2 225 with the quad band ...the price was too good and even if they arent that great im sure they will aid in with the T5s i have on them ......and if not ill just use them for cloning or on my garden for outside ....they cant be that bad so we will see !!!!

day 72.

the ladies have had a tough week and a half or so. the a/c went out for a bit so they had to be moved while repairs were made. room temps stayed above 100* for a few days, humidity was in the high 70*s, and res temps hit 101*f at one point. not good. ph and ec were unable to be monitored for at least a day and i've had ph swings up to 6.7. luckily things seem to be back on track now, hopefully they stay that way.

i was trying to stagger the harvest time of the three ladies by starting two a month after the first, however since the first lady was the longer phenotype they should all be finishing around the same time. at this point i think things would've been far more manageable if i had stuck to one plant for my first go, live and learn. hopefully they will figure out a way to fit around each other in my 4x4 tent. anyone ever try pruning an auto to fit their space? how'd it turn out? any suggestions are pleasantly welcomed.

i'm thinking i've got about 4 weeks left in my first 'think,' so i've switched her from superior potash to pk 13/14. i thought i had found her sweet spot but after all the stress and lack of feed she's been taking up more than ever.

if you have any green vibes and good karma to spare please send them my way.

day 78 for the big girl and 42 for the little ones. they all seem to be recovering well. i've done some pruning to the undercarriages of all 3 since they seemed to be lagging behind down south. in the big girl's res are: rhizo, cal/mag, flores, carboload, and pk13/14. the young'ns res' are the same, except have a small amount of superior potash and no pk13/14. i'm really hoping at least one of the young girls is the 10 week pheno. it should probably be mentioned on the dutch passion website that there's a common '14' week pheno mixed in, as this could be quite an unpleasant surprise to someone on a time schedule. just a thought.
