New Grower Are hermie seeds any good?

She was pollinated from something though.

:smoking: That's the question: is it stress related, or something inherent in the genetics! Who's the breeder, and what can you tell me about how it was stressed? I assume it was a fem' bean too, which in itself can be a source of the problem,... just the nature of the process, and sometimes the tendencies of the strain; some are decidedly more prone to hermie,... Seeds are something of gamble in any case, so that's why really stringent quality breeding is so essential! BTW, I've been seeing several issue complaints about DNA genetics, and Tangie (photo) is one of them,... could be passed onto auto versions! Anyway, as to whether the hermie tendency will be passed onto the seeds, it's a fair bet I'm afraid,... not automatic, but you'll be sphincter-winking though bloom the whole time, looking for node-based bollocks, or nanners in the bud,... your call mate, if you want to roll the bones and take that beating!

Thanks! I don't see the point taking that chance... Attitude gives to many freebies :))

I'm for throwing them away, like in the trash can or toilet lol. Everything Waira said, it's just more headache than it's worth lol. Plus, ya don't really want hermie genetics to leak out into your grow environment, nor the outside environment in the big picture. I'd also advise sterilizing your grow space as soon as you can, there will be some invisible hermie pollen leftover that could pollenate the next ladies.
