Any ideas??

:smoking: Duke-- between the richer type soil and mild feeds, this is very unlikely to be a defc. issue so soon,.. BUT anytime I see FFOF soil, my butt clenches because they have a consistent issue with badly acidic under-cooked soil,... some get OK bags, other don't... it's a damn craps shoot! That said, there's no other signs of badly off pH, but it's still in play regardless,... BTW, AN self buffers in solution only, not once in a true soil, so don't be fooled by their advertising,... Symptoms are looking both like early Ca defc, and bug damage ,.. fine spotting, stippling is there, cratered larger spots, hmmmmm,.... but with Ca defc. usually there's rusty colors to the spotting,...it may not have developed yet,... leaf hoppers, and thrips are upper surface feeders, and can leave similar markings, but as I look closer, I see there's more faint fine spotting/discoloring starting further up interveinally,.. makes me doubt bugs more, but check anyway to cover that base! These are mobile pests, moving on and hiding after snacking,... So back to possible Ca defc.,...... odd, but possible for sure,... OF is often too hot for seedlings too, but no sign of burn so that's good,... I wish you had a proper soil pH probe (Accurate 8 is a good one), this would clear this up, as it's a vital piece of info,... You have a pH meter? you can do a quick and dirty slurry test of the bag soil at least: 1cup soil, 1 cup of your usual water source, let sit for an hour, drain liquid off and test,.. meantime, do you have some Ca-Mg? The damn soil should have plenty at this early stage, but with OF, who knows anymore,...

FFOF? whats that? i have only used canna bio terra so full organic u dnt even need 2 ph at all it self-buffers very few ppl use the canna bio range , even with feed the full grow was fed a total off 3 times and that was well into budding , i literally only used water, the taste was just amazing as well but not such a huge yield 3oz from 1 NL

fox farms ocean forest soil

would never use cal mag its way 2 expensive u can just use a pinch of epsom salt in a gallon of water its the same thing and costs under £1 for like a kilo

No it is not the same thing. It is magnesium sulfate. Ratios of Ca, Mg and Fe correllate between each other and affect each others uptake. By applying CM -product you just simply make sure you are not tipping the balance between these elements.

I'd bet my bottom dollar this is a case of too acidic soil but thats just my opinion based on my experiences with symptoms like these...aaand I've lost many bets too

well epsom salt worked perfect for my so called cal mag def u litrally need the smallest amount in alot off water most ppl dnt even no it can b done, ive done it i had exact same problem as in the topic pic sand and epsom salt fixed it, just like canna bio soil u can do a full grow with water only just no 1 beleives it works my full last grow was based on what not 2 do and it all worked great for example vented into the same room that was sealed with no windows even open put 1 ltr of tap water in every day direct from the tap and everything worked basicly it proved the so called impossible i never had 2 ph at all not the water or the soil as the soil does it bye itself heres the proof water only at this point

Skuff, there's no Ca in epsoms, it's pure MgSO4,... there's no such thing as "Ca-Mg" defc.... they are entirely different in manifestation, Ca is poorly mobile within the plant, Mg fully mobile,.. the two are paired together because of the close interrelation they have with each other in the plants physiology,...fairly often, one defc. follows the other,...

Wow, a lot of info there..I appreciate it all. One thing I didn't mention; I was spraying the plants with water which had a small amount of AN grow mixed in. Not even 200 ppm because it got diluted with 0ppm water. Reason I didn't mention this was because I did that to all the plants, but it only affected the Chemdoggin plants, not the white widows.

Someone here mentioned it could be from nute splash, so maybe that's all it is, and maybe for whatever reason the white widows just didn't show any affect.

i no but it worked for me thats all i can say anyway, and i was doing the cheepest grow ever just 2 prove a point with everything i never even spent 200 thats with tent fans filters light everything so defo wasnt splashing out for cal mag it seemed 2 b a slight magnesium deficiency
