I'd call them Darren - From my experience (not buying seeds from them), they're a really laid back, but professional organisation with a dodgy website they're embarrased about.

Give them a call and let them know what's happened. If you do it right, they'll probably look after you!

I ended up ordering from these guys on accident, kinda. I tried my card at 4 different places and it wouldn't go through because my bank are jerks. So I saw Bongo's circa 1994 looking website and started to mess around, thinking that maybe it was too old for my my bank to recognize lol.

I went CotC because they were having a sale and picked the two packs of seeds with the funniest names: Robocrop and Psychofruit. Then I picked the expensive mailing option because I didn't see the free option and I was messing around. I hit 'process' and walked away.

I came back a while later and it went through! I was so surprised. I kinda wish I had done my research more, but it looks like I got really lucky, considering that Bongo, CotC, and the strains I picked all seem to be good choices. I don't know what Royal Mail INTL signed is, but, by god, its insured!

You need to put no signature in the comments when you order. Royal mail sign means its coming from UK and in order for you to get your package you have sign off on it. So make sure your home when it arrives. :Sharing One

It may seem like a old site but bongo is the only site where about 99% of their orders make it to the customer! I have nit seen any seed bank with their success rate.

I guess it'll transfer to the post in my country for the sig. Can't imagine some Brit showing up at my door to get my signature.

Do they do any free seeds? Didn't see anything on their site, but it'd be nice.

Hey normally u can select the free seeds you want at checkout last time I actually went in to alibongos got a freebie cream of the crop and the pink diesel x amnesia I'm growing atm

I didn't see any. Maybe I was being dumb and missed em, or maybe because I was already getting a coupon code deal. Keeping my fingers crossed. Even if I don't get em, I'm still happy with the order as long as it makes it here.

Haha nice man robocrop that classic I'll add you up man you will have to let me know how they do psycofruit sounds nice, I went to Ali bongos last week got me some autoultimate which I'll start once I'm back from amsterdam
