Alibongo have good customer support give it a little longer to see if your seeds arrive.
Give them an email and they should let you know their policy or if they can do anything for you.

Alibongo says no to reship or refund for this order. I choose the free ship option so it's on me, I understand that, however I want to point out to others that may not know you need to get the insured shipping option. When I placed the order the page where you choose shipping looked like the below page.

Reading it I thought the only option available was the free shipping because it was in red and the line above says" This is currently the only shipping method available for this order" I just want to pass this on to save anyone else some grief.

I placed my first order from AB a month ago. 3 Jack 47 autos... Came within 10 days from UK to Appalachia. Can't complain! Seems it slowed down when it hit NY. No surprise there. The coolest part was opening up the package and seeing a "10th Anniversary Pack 3 + 1 Free"!! Hell yeah!! So not only does AB have the lowest prices on the Jack 47 Auto period, they send me a special pack! I'll be ordering again soon as funds allow me!

I ordered from these guys 2 weeks ago and I got all nervous because I didn't pay extra for an option with tracking and I thought they got seized. So I ordered again. 20 minutes after I put the order in, my package arrived. Now I look at my new order and realize I ordered photo's on accident. I was gonna call and cancel, but you know what, I think it will fun to grow some real Pineapple Express photo, and I got a free Photo with this batch anyway. Barney's LSD. So, gonna do my first photo grow after this batch. Bottom line...Ali Bongo is awesome, their stuff gets here in a decent amount of time with free shipping..ordered with a regular old credit card. Oh, and the other bottom line is that I'm dumb.

I ordered Super OG Kush and got them from Ali bongo in 8 days and I live in Texas. Only concern is I threw 1 in a wet paper towel on Thursday and yet to pop.

Anyone else have issues germinating these beans? Two other strains from Mephisto popped in 2 days
