I picked mine up off of ebay also.... The .8 gal are great for seedlings.

I got a couple questions to those who use the 3L/.8gal. Which cones do you place your base in 1st, 2nd or 3rd from the bottom? My bases are orange, one side has a bulge in the center the other side is more flat and the center has a 2 on it, which side to use?

That seems pretty big for an auto in a 3L pot.. What strain is it?

The disc of my .8gal airpot is black. I insert it with the indented side down so water does not pool in the indentation. If you look closely at the airpot wall you will notice the bottom two rows of holes are slightly bigger. You want to put the disc between the second and third row of holes (or where they go from big to small.)
EDIT: I also have 1.5gal, 3gal, and 5gal air pots... 1.5gal have red discs... The others are blue and green. I don't have any that are orange.

OK... Just noticed that my small airpots are not actually the .8 gal but they are the .3 gal size.... How you put them together is the same though.

Very cool and as the airpots are a little tricky to water this system takes that out of the equation,iv never come across RTA systems so this is new to me but I'm liking the idea of it
