Thank you those SJ's would have been 6 foot easy if I didn't top them a few times and yes they are pretty much the same. I got mine off ebay from a guy I had gotten the .8 gallon ones I use a lot and some other sizes from so he made me a deal.

does the bottom part make a difference? ive seen some with a bunch of small square holes and others that are more open that looks like soil would just fall through lol
The bottoms are matched to the sizes I think. My .8 gallon ones have the big spaces in them but all my bigger pots have the ones with the square holes in them.
That's the one my friend :smokebuds: I have several sizes that I use, .8, 1.5, and 2.2. I love them all
I was really stoned at the hydro store and I grabbed a 5 gal one (the big one) and didn't realize how big it really was until I got home. I have an auto pounder in it now and I'll probably use it for the bigger autos I grow, but the 3 gal equivalent is the way to go. And try a garden store. They are like 1/3 the price! Just my opinion.
