Advanced breader question-Was She Too Easy?

imo you need to look better because they are out there , mothers immune to "HERMIES" that is
I trust long standing mother plants from dispensaries for that. If after years of making clones taken home by greenhorns the mother has proved low incidence to hermi--that is my candidate.

Even Chemdawg one day had his clone only strain bust a nad.

This is a very basic breeder question???
do whatever you choose to do if they are for you
the hermmie trait is present in all genetics to survive and the more surfacing the trait at easier stressors only encourages the trait to surface more in the offspring
if they are going to go to others it is just plain irresponsible and ANY breeder that says it is fine is part of the gene pool issues some face because of poor practices in previous generations just to chuck out production alot of breeders don't even truely test genetics before release to begin w/ so i wouldn't encourage this as a standard practice of safe breeding for future generations just because here and there it is done w/o issues
if you have a three legged dog it doesn't matter how great of a dog it is, it isn't the best genetic situation to passs on thoose possibly def genetics to future generations just because you liked the dog?
And as a dog/ farm animal it wouldn't be able to be registered showing this genetic def because it isn't good for the future breeding lines being encouraged w/ the trait
i'm sorry if this strikes some as rude
but it's just the simple truth
there is a BIG genetic dif between a single example from a thousand choices and a single example in a couple plants from small selection surfacing
it just isn't a good breeding standard or practice which is not a matter of opinion
this is a subject where our opinions don't matter

imo it's all about taking cuttings from a large group and properly stress testing to find that perfect mother but they are out there as b0b said

hey guys ive proof read this twice as not to offend any one. listen ive been a hippie grandchild since the day i was born. when they first started this feminised seeds junk my grandma freaked out saying its wrong to change the works of the creator. making plants have sexual instability is one of the worst things the companies have done. OK now that comes outta my grandmothers mouth when she herd about it. now im on a different level then her i believe it is possible to alter things with chemical reactions but still keep good genes as long as the process is well maintained and the offspring is tested. now if your say taking a plant that for some reason uses its biological clock the wrong way aka HERMAPHRODITISM. and i mean biological clock because if you look throughout all of the cannabis breeding and growing and history books you will always find that in a last ditch attempt almost all cannabis will try to polly itself for another generation to be born. this happens way after rippening as well. now if you are altering this clock while creating new generations you will see the instability of the altered genetics. now dont get me wrong rhodilization does not always produce fems it more or less from what i comprehend the plant dieing off and recreating its genetics. now you can get fem seeds from rhodelization but its mostly do to an instability as i said before. these are creations of mother earth and they will keep them selves alive but altering this function while the plant is not dieing and losing its actual female hormones to reproduce itself is just not a good ideal in general. this is where your hermie comes in. with the female hormone still intact it will create fem or genetically altered offspring. please please please stop this from happenning. do not give these seeds to friends or family or anybody really if you like it keep it for yourself just dont allow a gross altered genetic miss conduct keep reproducing to more breeders for eventually this will cause alot of bad hings to happen.

FOR one day we wake up and its legal for all, but there will be no viable genes to contribute.

maybe this helps you... if you use "natural" hermi pollen...

you will get for offspring....hermi,males and females.

M/F seed is still very plentiful I dont think the end of genetics is near...

IMO the real danger to canna genetics is the "LR" gene as everything it crosses with will become an auto someday. It cant be stopped.
