Hey @dirtbag really sorry to hear about your troubles dude. Can only imagine how frustrating that is. Ive grown a few dp beans blue auto mazar and auto mazar they were great. Have 4 auto ultimates germing at the minute hope they grow out trouble free too.
Is it an option to floor your loft and sheet the rafters? Could be costly though.
Also instead of spraying electrical items you could use 70% alcohol wipes like sanicloth

My question is:
Is it possible that the pollen turns plants into hermie (with pollen sacs)?
I think that this is something impossible in nature!
Infact if a plant receives pollen, she starts to form seeds but doesn't produce pollen on her own.
Contrariwise i had a lot of pollen sacs and nanners on my DP plants.
Then if u let these pollen do their work u'll have tons of seeds all over the buds.
According to me the true hermie problem (pollen sacs) is caused by genetic.
On the contrary the banana phenomenon can be caused by stress or sometimes genetic's traits.

Anyway I should first try with a couples of different seed producers and see if the problem persists

Check your water quality i got a friend who got the same problem years ago.
He checked much different things light nutes soil etc and found out that the water got a chemical inside that stressed the plant to herm.
I dont know if you can ask your water supplies for chart of the last year and from now.
Its only a idea.....but i think it can help you....also test other breeders if you got hermies too.

my friend takes some canisters of water from me because i live in a other part of town with a better water quality.

this is what i would do.

test a other breeder with the same water like the grows with the hermies.
And also with other water.

test some dp seeds with better water.

ask the water supplyer for a chart from last year and from this year.

I hope you will find out why your plants herm.

I was making the same quest...
Is it possible to know what chemical element was the reason?
Cause i had a test from my supplier but it's not that complete.
