What is the reason for selecting day 20 to turn on the Autopots and AirDomes?
I am still in my 1st grow using Autopots/AirDomes (and doing better than with Air-Pots). I turned everything on at day 12, as soon as I was confident one or more tap roots had reached the bottom.

I'm just following the guide lines set by autopot. And @Hansbricks uses that too so monkey see monkey do lol

Alright, late to the party and am sub'd up and strapped in! Looking/watching with excitement on this grow DOC! Got my 2 XL on the way! I am looking at an RO system too, but my plani tap bubbled for 24 hours works just fine and is good enough for the girls I go with!

If you guys are interested in getting a RO system just search eBay or Amazon for "aquarium RO/DI system", there seems to be a misconception that RO systems are really expensive but you can get a 3-4 stage system for about $100... which is cheaper than some AN supplements lol
I've had mine for about 10 years, I replace the filters once a year at a cost of about $50 and that's only because I need 0ppm for my salt water aquarium but they would be good 2-3 years if just using for plants.Edit: Here's the one I have.
