Thank you my friend... i got a new toy today as well. I told myself i would never have an electric smoker ... BUT .... my buddy and i started processing outlr own deer and pigs so making summer sausage has been simpkified with a new master build electric smoke chamber @bushmasterar15 what you been cookin here lately

We looked at getting an electric smoker as a more simple set and forget. But the UDS has always made great food. We did a cherry wood smoked turkey that my wife had to finish as my back went out and I couldn't move my legs. It wasn't a good trip to the ER but I'm still around. Now waiting to see an Orthopedic spinal surgeon for another opinion.

Dont get me wrong when im "cooking meat" theres no beating the UDS and ill continue to use it every time. But for my cured meats running low temps for long tines and keeping cost down im rollin with the electric
