As for the hash it blackens both ways... the micron size will also affect it I don't have my papers with me so I dunno exactly what's micron gives what I believe any where after 120 is smokeables ... 25 micron is where it's at full melt baby... Instant liquid... Mainly the low heat bellow 110• is what cause blackening from press it helps the head rupture or sum shit also why hand rubbing works;besides dead skin, human body 98• . But afghans and others are well known for putting Hannah or w/e that hand tattoo shit is to blacken... Repress.... Scary thing is people are known to be allergic to the paint. Depending on severity of allergy you could get a rash or anaphylactic shock

What would be the difference if a 73 mic screen is used for a short increment with dry ice,this is how I do it,and with the 120 and 160 screens there is obvious differences in the quality ....here's a pic that shows 73 /blonde to the left,most of my 73 has this color except for AU that had a lime green tint to it...

I have even tryed air tight package submerged and frozen...
Did the job, better than other makeshift presses, c clamps, we even tryed Optimus prime. Frozen water takes the cake

Your missing a step bud, if you stop at 73 then you are keeping some broken stalks, immature heads, broken glands, vegitation, etc....

That works fine for most people but you seem to like trying to get the best, so you might want to try adding the final 65 to get rid of those and clean it up just a tiny bit more.

For pressed hash you want to use 66 to 73.

If you do add the final 65 you may notice more trash with dry ice over the shaker method.

If you use 73 as your final then you are keeping 1 - 73, not the 66 - 73 that you want to keep.

Not a huge difference, but something to try... Or not... whatever works for you.
