:crying:Take that shit and run with it!:crying:

I've got my eye on you Phammy.....

Looking good Phammy. I would suggest moving the lights down to about 4-5 inches above your tops if you want to tighten up your node spacing more.

Holy shit batman. Lol thats the most pro setup of cfls ive seen LMAO laughing at the haters shit is ingenious i agree for some reason canna loves CFLs during veg. Setup is real clean, only things i could recommend is try to create some kind of hood/reflector your losing alot of light with no reflector. Big difference, Scott817 posted a dyi for cfls hoods using the same fixtures you have i think. Also to me it looks like you could move them cfls way closer to the canopy put the back of your hand up there if it isnt burning your good.

Thanks for the input. Their that high cause I wanted the plants to kinda stretch and get bigger. You have a link to that reflector DIY?

to make a reflector for those I would just buy some of that fold up aluminum ducting from home depot, bend it out to a semi circle and slap it on top of those. Presto, problem solved.

Fuck ya phammy! I dont care what anybody says, CFL's are legit. Anything done correctly will result in badass results. I completely agree, you could have spent 250$ on a LED panel that would only cover a 2x3 area, instead of getting 3x the wattage and cover area. But who would wanna do that! I'll be following along with lots of faith in them CFL's brotha!!

First, let me say, I'm not trying to insult anyone here... because CFL's do work fine... Phammy, thats a kickass CFL setup and grow setup in general... you have some nice healthy plants.... 984 watts damn!
still there's facts here... if you upgraded to a 1000W HPS / MH switchable (about 350 - 400 us) you'd get way more out of those already beautiful plants!

I was going for both spectrums. i already have 2x1000w in my other room. I could of went with two 600w, one Mh and the other HPS but then i would have to run an inline fan and everything. also i've never tried two spectrums of HID. Dont know if it's the same as Flourscents. I really thought this through before making the decision to put this all together.
