Nice job asa, they all look healthy, except the ninja, but it dosnt seem so bad either.....just a little defeciency.
The mazar's all look good, and are a good size for their age...

Just for reference I calculate the age of my plants by the 1st day they sprouted out of the soil, and not the day they germinated.

Its really up to you, you could let it go for another week or so, or switch now, dosnt really matter, although my understanding is the hps puts out more light...so.... go for it.

if you are using Ro make sure you add calcium and magnesium to supplement. I dont see any pistils above but they will look clear to white in color so you should be seeing them any time now
