day 66 update

I was struggling with high air temps because we had a sunny spell, I now realise my light timer was fucked and the lights were on 24/0. I have now got the lights off for 12 during the day to help with this. The buds have got some crazy foxtailing going on and the two on the right are still pushing out white pistols. The two on the left seem to be near finishing and I am considering removing them from the rdwc and putting them in phd water with the airstones to flush them.

God i love that plant. I wish mine would finish in 60 days. Im 53 in and she hasnt even started yet.

Just out of curiosity why are you going to give them 12 hours of darkness? I am assuming I am reading that correctly, that you want to have your lights off for 12 hours during the day? That will basically cancel out the fact that you have an autoflowering plant. I understand that the temps may get higher during the day but I would say only go dark for 4-6 hours at the most. You see that is the beautiful thing about auto's is that you don't have to depend on the light cycle to get them to bloom. They have it In their genes to grow as fast as they can using as much light as you can give them. If you check out my AutoX grow in my sig, those went start to finish 24/0, so I was just a little curious as to why you would want to give them that much down time

I decided to run the light 12/12 to eliminate the risk of my temps killing my plants when I am away during the day because of the heatwave. The dna website also recommends using a 12/12 light cycle for the best results so I am thinking that the foxtailing is from pushing them too hard.
