All the plants I've pulled down this season have at least a little bit of bud rot.
It's been just a tiny amount, though.
Lose about 2%-5% of total only.

I'm going to try to cut down Female [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] later today.
Weather is okay for a change. A tiny bit of sun. Rain for later though.

Meanwhile, some seeds from Ms. Female [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] - Indica / Afghanica lady.

Day 79 (21 veg + 58 flower) - Mandala Safari -

Female [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] - Hybrid / Sativa Pheno

Gave her a nice new hair style to start things off....

She offered her life and soul for me. <3

Bagged on site. Can't see the main bud here.....

That's a good 23cm = 9" long, and chunky.

Some sticky icky.

More sticky icky. Yummy yummy.

After taking her down, it just started raining .... AGAIN!!!!
She still has a few white pistils, and could have gone another week I think, easily.
But in this weather, want to wrap her up, avoid the potential bud rot.

Still not sure what her parentage is.
Mandala Safari are all "experimental crosses" from the Mandala range.
I think that Female [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] was most likely a cross of their Hashberry.
But not sure about this one.
She was fairly generic, not fully afghanica / indica, but not a long running sativa either.
Could try to guess.... but... would just be guessing.

How to dry your buds when the humidity is from 85% to 95%?
Buy yourself a nice fruit dryer machine, that's how.
Should arrive tomorrow.
Otherwise, having some more mold problems.... eesh....!!
But, my bed room and office both smell absolutely delicious!!!

This Female [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is starting to get her flavor coming through now she's drying.
And wow! what flavor that is!!!

Smells like some kind of cakes or cookies, buttery, nutty, sweet caramel.
Should check the Mandala Seeds site and see if I can guess her parentage from the aromas.

That's a good idea. I was just looking on the Mandala site under each strain's aroma.
But this may be a better / easier method.

Today is sampling the Green Crack.

You can see that these are NOT thick, dense buds.
The low sun levels and the heavy rain and high humidity kept them open and loose.

Smokes very nicely, thank you....... hmmmmmmmmmmm.....................
