If your technically inclined, you can build you own for about 150$ for 100w cob. Doesn't sound like much but that can efficiently light a 2X2 with low heat and over 50% efficiency aswell as being able to choose your spectrum. I would recommend tasty led but they're out of what you would want. If your wanting bang for buck however and am confident in controlling heat, hps would be the way to go. IMO ( and people are probably going to stone me for this) led grows better plants
