Yes it do but if you look at the pics from my left plant. It's been the same the past 5-6 days. Haven't grown/stretched or anything at all,the main stem was growing leaves on the top cola and it stop midway and been like that for days,haven't even fully open like it just said fuck growing I'm done,right plant is fine,just the left,and I read even if a plant looks healthy it could still be problems

If stems are turning colors, (red, purple) without any other signs of deficiency in the leaves, 9 times out of 10, its just a genetic trait. Your plants are doing great! Why would you want to shock or stress them out by putting them in the dark for 24 hrs? The only time Ive seen the" darkness" shock treatment used, is when the plant isn't flowering, or at harvest, right before chop.. And even then, its 48 hrs of darkness.. Not 24.. Not sure how 24 hrs of darkness will help a healthy plant that is about to flower out.. I wouldn't do that. Your plants look very healthy.
