My first experience with a photoperiod, I've grown 2 autoflowers in the past from seed to harvest both of which were decent smoke. This is a bag seed from some pretty fire weed, the weed it came from wasn't seedy at all this is actually the only seed I found in a couple zips of it. I remember just tossing it in the window with our sage plant, not long after it sprouted around the 2nd of march. After a couple of weeks decided to throw it in the tent and see what happens. Here we are now, switched to 12/12 on may 15th and she's been shooting up alot of pistils since then. I topped the main stems 3 times in veg, also topped around 4 side branches along with some minor LST. A few days ago I super cropped 2 branches that were alot higher than the others and tried my best to level out the canopy. I've got 17 inches between my light as of now, two 300w LEDs in a 32x32x63. Been feeding a whole gallon of water PhD at 6.5 in a 3 gal air pot every few days or just when soils dry, In a mixture of mostly happy frog but also some random soil from tractor supply. Along with 3.5mls of big bloom, 3mls of tiger bloom, and 1.5mls of cal mag the last couple feedings. Any suggestions, tips or advice would be appreciated. I'm hoping she doesn't hermie on me and puts out alot of bud, the entire plant is around 18 inches now. First 4 pictures are today, last 4 were earlier on in her life.

Here's some updated pictures, haven't changed much except upping the nutrients to 4mls of big bloom and 5 mls of tiger bloom per gallon and a little defoliation. Seems like all of the branches are still stretching like crazy, the entire plant is 25 inches wide and a little over 17inches tall, without all the topping, super cropping and LST it would've easily been over 2ft tall. Hoping the stretch stops soon this is around week 3 of flower now I think. Haven't been keep track to much honestly, just ready to get this one harvested and start on my mephisto grow. I've got like 11 different strains from them so I have quite the selection, gonna be trying that in Roots organics soil, 3 gal fabric pots. Any tips or tricks on fattening up these buds in the flower stage would be appreciated, will keep updated weekly. Also sorry about the basket of clothes and my buddy's leg in the pictures when I took her out of the tent to defoliate.

Wow man bud sites all over this lady... no suggestions for you other than keep doing what you're doing cos she's in top shape! :smokeit: :jointman: gonna take a seat and see how she does from now :pop:

So one of my new lights came in yesterday, Mars TS1000. Replaced the viparspectra 300w, I've got both lights 17 inches from the top of the budsites, is that a good amount of distance ? Also finally got a temp and humidity reader, my temps are pretty high for the new light 28.3 Celsius kinda worried about that honestly, I tried to throw an extra fan inside but it didnt really change the temp at all. Humidity was 55 which I'm pretty sure is okay? Hell idk. Any input on how I can keep my temps low for flowering ? Ive got the inline fan set up with the carbon filter but it's wayyy to huge for this little tent, it's a 6 inch ipower fan and filter I was gave for free.

Week 4 of flowering as of today. Got the temps to get down to 79 degrees In the tent I'm hoping thatll be okay and won't mess my harvest up, they're getting down to 68 with the lights off. Also seem to have a bit of a deficiency going on or it could maybe be the new light/temps. Not sure, I just chalked it up to be cal mag deficiency and gave 2mls this feeding. I've been giving a little cal mag each wateruny for the past month or so when I first noticed some spotting on the leaves, giving a little each time seems to keep it controlled some what. Hoping that's all it is. Buds are frosting up like crazy, nice dank smell coming off the plant, hoping to see the buds fattening up in these last few weeks of her life. Will start flush either week 5 or 6, I'm not really sure when to start. Here's some pics under the new LED from earlier, don't know why that 1 bud has so many orange hairs and the others have hardly none. ( Excuse the dog hair my 3 huskies are blowing their coats atm )

Here's an update this is 5 weeks into flower now, smells getting alot stronger, density is increasing, trichomes increasing too. Doing good from what I can tell atleast, started taking the nutrients down to get ready for flush. Backed her off to only 3mls of the big bloom and 5 of tiger bloom now, with 2mls of calmag added again. She's consistently been drinking a full gallon of water every 2 days. I wish she'd hurry up already, kind of need the power strip timer for my 5x5 auto grow should be good for another 2 weeks though. Next feeding will slightly decrease the nutes even more. Will keep updated.

This friday the 10th will be week 8 of flower, gonna throw her in 48hrs of darkness on the 13th chop her down on the 15th into sections and hang dry in my tent and proceed from there. Have no choice but to cut her down, electric bills been pretty high running 2 separate tents not to mention this plant reaks at my door step and my 6inch carbon filter is way to big for my small tent, also lastly need my power strip timer for my Auto grow, I feel 8 1/2 weeks of flowering will be sufficient. I've never did the hang dry method before, only done brown paper bag but my local grocery stores only sell super small bags and I've got a decent amount of bud to dry. What's a good temp and humidity for hang drying, any tips? After the buds dry going into the jars with the 8gram 62% bovida packs I bought, am I supposed to throw one in the jar immediately or wait a week maybe? Im going to remove any fan leaves that don't have trichomes on them prior to hanging but leave the frosted leaves for a dry trim. Some of the leaves have been getting a purple tint, been giving nothing but water the past 4 waterings, contemplated throwing a few ice cubes in the last watering just to mimic that winter is approaching hell idk couldn't hurt I saw it on a couple other grows and was curious. Any input is appreciated as usual. Couple photos ✌️

Also forgot to mention I found what Im almost positive is a nanner, I think she Hermed on me for sure in week 7. Was unsure what to do with this and honestly didn't mind if a seed or 2 was in the harvest to preserve the genetics since this was a random bag seed so I left it there seeing as I'm gonna chop in like 6 days anyway. Did I make a mistake and should I remove it or is this even an actual nanner?

Great job on the training!

I wouldn't be surprised if it is a 'nanner but it's too late for it to screw up your crop. That seeds you started with was most likely born of a 'nanner so stands to reason the plant would throw some too.

Your trichs look like mostly cloudy so it's not likely to produce a lot more bud or trichs so I'd take it down any time now. I usually start cropping when they're 50:50 clear and cloudy. They can go amber as they cure in the jars or it's wait another 4 weeks for amber under an expensive to run light. Even then I'd be lucky to get 10% amber on the plants.

Did you get cuttings from that plant just in case that bagseed was the 'ONE" ? I've missed a few really good ones over the years by not having backups.

Have a great harvest!

:peace:
