New Grower 1st Indoor Grow-Hillbilly Rigged Setup

:thanks:
@Cannagus keep us updated on your progress!
:pass:

Yeah I actually don't mind sharing I need to get educated on some tech side stuff like if there would be any kind of data attached to a phone pic that can be used to pinpoint a location. I have a camera that should be no worries on that, if I can find it. If nothing else I'd like to make a record of what happens over the summer and then post it in a dump in the fall. Trying to come up with something to make it interesting.

The end is near for the Purple Bastard Eater :woohoo::woohoo:
Fading fast now, will send the Bastard to the next stage of hillbilly life soon...time to plan how I’m going to give it a “proper” hillbilly rigged dry.
Loving the colors

The hillbilly Bastard graduated to the next stage of its development. In true hillbilly fashion, it is hanging on a ground wire between the furnace and water heater.

Humidity should stay in the 50% ballpark, just have to hope for a cool stretch to keep the temps as low as possible.

The @RocBudInc Purple Bastard Eater went 92 days in a little 2 ltr pot of BioBizz Light. Very strong grower, took all the ups in downs of growing in this setup in stride. Grew to 22” and has cool coloring! Smells lovely and is sticky!!

Hope I can maintain decent RH and temp levels. I would hate to screw this up now! Will see how it does drying as a full plant before finishing in paper bags.

Absolutely fabulous coloring on those! Can't wait to see what your final weight is.
Sure is a purdy little Bastard. I’m curious about what the final weight will be, I’m terrible at guessing

RH is 68% in the closet this morning as it’s been raining overnight. Temps are 67. Am I looking at any issues with the humidity that high?
Thanks for the rep @420Forever @DCLXVI @WildBill !!
:pass:
68% rh during late flower is not a problem as long as you're ok with *possibly* losing your entire crop to powdery mildew. That risk would depend on your geographic location (prevalence of mildew outbreaks in your area), intake filtration, and general cleanliness practices in your grow space. I personally never go above 50% rh with dense buds on my plants and even that is a little risky.. It really depends on where you live. Some areas have little to no powdery mildew outbreaks and its a non-issue.. Other places are really bad. Even different neighborhoods within the same geographic location that have different types of outdoor shrubbery that are more or less prone to pm infection can affect the probability of an indoor grow being infected. As can seasonal changes that can differ from year to year.

Humidity is ranging from mid fifties to upper sixties. Temps in the utility closet are ranging between 78 during the day and 70 at night. I’m kind of on pins and needles hoping the dry goes well. It’s at 51 hrs now, quite a bit of moisture remaining. Fighting the urge to speed up the dry and make sure PM or mold don’t set in since the outside humidity will continue to be really high for another few days (75-98%):yoinks:
