New Grower 1st Indoor Grow-Hillbilly Rigged Setup

I have really enjoyed your thread, thank you for starting it. Like someone else already has said, what caught my eye was "hillbilly" and I got a real kick out of it because of the similarities with my own little venture although I'm more of a riverbilly or even more accurately, a bogbilly. I like what you've done there, makes me feel pretty good about my own possibilities with a similar set-up. I won't be completing anything indoors it's all transitioning outside in about a week after this last blast of cold and snow. I have auto and photo both and I would prefer to finish the auto's indoors but my better half has a nose like a bloodhound and has made comments re the dankmosphere. Being as how none of it is even flowering yet it seems like all the kids are going on a field trip lol. Happy 420

Thank you for the kind words! There is something fun about having to rig up ideas and adjust to the issues. My wife is pretty understanding but she also has an incredible sense of smell! One big key to growing like this is to get them out and in as much direct sun as possible so getting outside will be good! This weather is goofy, I was mowing and sweating last night and now I’m sitting here working and watching it snow!!

I would love to check out your setup and grow. Do you have anything posted?

I know right the same over here, I may have to take one of my reflector lamps back out to the well house for a night or two. I already had to do that once lol. I have not posted any pics or even discussed it much. I'm not against the idea of posting pics but I haven't had time to ask or try to sort for myself if there are some steps I need to take to avoid the pics having locational data attached to them or some other type of identifying data.

I'm on my first grow since I was like 14 and failed, so I didn't know much coming in and had a hard time getting beans to pop. Well some of it was methodology but more inconsistency and impatience. So, a friend gifted me with some starts and was really generous, giving me bigger plants than I expected and more, more than I should have brought home really. And about 3 days after I started caring for those, beans started popping so I've ended up with what I was shooting for...times 3. I've been taking them out frequently to get them hardened to it, indoors they are in a small closet with 2 reflectors slung over the clothes rod that are full spectrum LED, and a light my wife bought, 3 LED strips on bendable stalks I call it the War of the Worlds light, it's adjustable for color spectrum and intensity and I think it's helped more than I expected. They look like a choir sitting there, tall in the back then medium and the small fry down front. Fastbuds auto Cheese (skunk failed), and photo Red Skunk, Lake Tahoe, Blue Haze and Alien OG.

Love the description of your setup!
You’ll have to keep us updated.

Cloudy and rainy again, the Purple Bastard Eater has been locked in the hillbilly rig with no sun for 3 days. It’s still loving life, buds keep packing on size! 70 days from sprout, feeding Sensi Bloom with 500 ml of water every single day with black strap molasses every now and again.

Dude ... you take bad ass pics! :d5:

Nice pups too! :pass:

Such a great job in your little space also how old are your pup's I'm a long term German shepherd owner I've had them for many years

Good looking plant and pups. Lab guy here. Lost my last one two years ago, I'm about ready again. Its a time thing as well. I train my labs 5-6 days a week the first few years. They end up MHCH level. I spoil them at home, and they love to work hard in the field.

Thank you @St. Tom It’s oddly enjoyable growing in adverse conditions and trying to figure out how to adapt. Thanks to all the help here, I learned that I have to feed every day since I’m growing in a small container. I think it was @Proph who diagnosed that I was starving my last grow, he saved that one for me!
The dog is a German Shepard and Rottweiler mix. Pretty sweet guy.
