I prefer to cut off as much leaf as possible because I think it makes for a smoother, better tasting smoke. (plus I want all of those sugar leaves in my hash pile!) Its really up to you though. Some people like to leave more on. Enjoy your harvest!

looks like your going to have to do a clean up trim once dried up.

did you save the fan leaves as well? or just the sugar coated ones?

Cheers for the link herbal, I took off all the fan leaves before trimming then just saved the rest so they are mostly just sugary

I dont really think it was Ctruss I was just sick of waiting around her her when I could be growing more.. it will be nice to see how your Dr comes along though if you are planning to stick it out till the end.

Also I didnt realise how much the buds shrank! Just took a look and was real shocked, it looks like almost all leaf now in half of it! :cry:

Nice work smallgrow and, for the record, I would have chopped her too based on the colour of the trichomes and the super long wait. When to harvest is a very subjective thing and she probably could have gone on a bit longer, but I don't think you made a mistake chopping her when you did.

Hey man atleast it's something and just think ur growing skills can only get better an this is like the greatest hobby of all time. An yea in gunna let mine go as long as she wants. I'm not sure what day she's on right now I haven't been keeping the best notes lately. But she's starting to yellow a lot and the calyxs are starting to all swell up so prob only 2 or 3 more weeks.
