New Grower 1st Grow CFL BioDiesel Mass Auto (x2)

My 2 BioDiesel plants are now 4 weeks old today & doing well. Believe it or not I have managed not to kill them (yet), they are small but the soil ain’t the best & I have dropped them!...learning experience gained.[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]This week I have upgraded the tin foil lining to MYLAR which is so much better.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Re-potted into 4ltr pots (intentionally this time!) & the humidity is higher as well 35-40%, temp between 75-80f during the day.[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]I’ve added a 125w 6400K CFL so I now have 4 (2x105w,2700K, 1x105w,5600K & 125w,6400K) (it’s like a light house in my bedroom!)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Have started using Biobizz Grow nutes. I have bought Biobizz soil for my next grow & have Biobizz Bloom nutes ready & waiting.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]My 2 Biodiesel have grown the white pistols within the last week & I am getting quite excited. They have also responded well to going into bigger pots & hope they will have a growth spurt before they slow down to flower? I haven’t done any LST on them as I feel the branches are too small.

My 2 Bio Diesel Mass (BDM) plants are now 5 weeks old (aprox half way through grow) & are doing really well. I’ve moved on from Biobizz Grow & have just started Biobizz Bloom & Molasses. There well healthy, loving the new Nutes & Molasses etc & are growing taller, bushier & the bus are developing by the day.[/FONT]



[FONT=&quot]I haven’t done any Low Stress Training (LST) on them as they are still small & I read the leaves need the light not the buds...photosynthesis & all that.[/FONT][FONT=&quot]

[FONT=&quot]This week I have germinated 2 more BDM & put them straight into 6.5ltr pots, this time using Biobizz Light & Perlite - Not much has happened yet but they are starting to come up through the soil.

Dude looking good. At this point I wouldn't LST them just let them grow up and flower. If you want tips on LST go to the tips/ tricks section, I believe on the second page there is a good guide to LSTing. Good luck

Diary update:

Not much going on really...



My 1st 2 Bio Diesel Mass (BDM) plants are now 6 weeks old today & are coming on leaps & bounds. They are budding up nicely & really healthy! They are strong now and kinda look after themselves, I turn them around so they get even light exposure & water etc but that’s it!



I have also added another 2 to stagger the harvests & they are coming on nicely, they are now 1 week old today. I’ve put them straight into 6.5ltr pots so they won’t have the root bound problem my 1st 2 had & hopefully they will be bigger & better?



I water the big ones every few days & alternate water then water/biobizz bloom (1 pint). When I add the biobizz bloom I include a half teaspoon of Molasses which they love.

I water the little ones every couple of days just water (half a medium size glass). I will move onto Biobizz Grow once the initial round leaves start to die off.



I decided not to re-pot the 1st 2 (currently in 4ltr pots) as I was advised they could turn into hermaphrodites & I don't want that!

I don't know what you've been feeding them since I've been away but damn, they are some weird looking plants dude, lol.

As Ochocino said have a goose in the LST section but just as a quickie I started mine when they were at the same stages as your week 4 update.

I've got plans of growing these in a similar set up to you so I'll put my feet up if you don't mind.

Always nice to know there's more of us gardeners in the UK.

Hope you get the new shots sorted lol.
