Mephisto Genetics 1Sky Trys Mephisto with Amare SE450 & A-Train's Nute Schedule

I use the 0-0-0 version. I try not to get anybwith nitrogen in it so i can use it at any dose i need to
Thanks Doc. I had some deficiency problems with my first grow, which went away when I switched from the AN 4-0-0 to the GO 0-0-0. But then I also discovered around the same time that my feed brew pH was often around 5.3. Based on suggestion, I started to monitor and adjust this closer to 6.0. So I really don't know if my problem was too much nitrogen or too low a pH. Anyway, I appreciate your input, and will probably lean toward using the 0-0-0 stuff.

Day 17 Update --- gals starting to get a bit frisky, so finally something to post. My only real concern is the beginnings of some leaf up-curl. Its so early in the game, I must be doing something wrong. But I think my light (at 22-24 inches on just monochromes) and my temperature (average 74F) and the RH (ranging 63-80) are probably not the cause. Take a look please:

The up-curl along the edges is most pronounced on the Ripley's OG, but also showing slightly on the Stilton Special and Sour Livers. Could this be caused by too much air blowing over the leaves? I have a tower fan circulating in the corner and blowing pretty strong across the girls. So I set it on low and turned it facing the tent walls in a corner. Maybe that will help -- I can't think of anything else that might be causing the curl. ???

About two days younger are my two Northern Cheese Haze ladies. One of these is a real mutant. She showed mis-formed leaves and zero growth for over a week. Now she's finally starting to grow a bit. I'm not ready to give up on her -- on my previous grow I had a mutant, but she turned out to be the largest with the greatest yield. So I'm going to give her a couple of more weeks.

Your environment seems to be just fine to me. I usually running a little hotter myself 78 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. When my humidity is above 60% I just blast my new seedlings with a oscillating fan so I really doubt it's over transpiration.

The plants seem to have nice tight internode spacing so you could probably raise your light a little bit if you want it.[emoji53]

Thanks Jingo. No harm in that idea, I can easily raise it up a few inches with no fears of starving the babies of light. Will do. :toke:

Love it when a mutant works out, I have a couple right now. Nice choice giving her a chance.:d5: Hope you are rewarded with :growing:

Yeh, mutant love.
Hey, maybe there should be an AFN Grow Contest to see who can raise the ugliest duckling into the best beauty-pageant queen. ?? !! :dancer:

Great idea 1sky! I'm sure you'd see some real beauties out there.

Day 20 Update. The ladies are starting to show some noticeable growth -- getting 1 to 1.5 inches a day. Loving the variety of this grow.

The Stilton and Ripley's OG are now both just over 6" height --- I'm anxious to get the Livers and Cheese Haze there too so I can turn on the COBs.
Here's Ripley -- trucking along and still sporting the leaf curl that occurred earlier.

I've raised the light a couple of more inches to see if that prevents future leaf curl. We'll see.
Here's the Stilton -- straining under a bit of LST coat-hanger love. Also showing a little leaf curl.

Same treatment for the Sour Livers. She's looking good.

And Northern Cheese Haze [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG], despite her 2 day later start, is coming along nicely.
20.NCH1.JPG

Her mutant sister, Northern Cheese Haze [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG], is alive and kicking, even showing a tiny bit of vertical growth. At day 18 she's a whooping 1.5 inches tall -- damn weed.

Happy growing you all.

The girls are loving the Amare & A-Train nute schedule. They added another 1.5 inches since yesterday.

Today is a milestone -- this is the first day of the 3rd phase of the A-Train nute schedule. The program is now:
Sensi GROW A & B 2 ml/L (I use the Coco version)
B52 1 ml/L
Rhino Skin 2 ml/L
cal/mag 2 ml/L (I'm using GO version with 0-0-0)
Liquid W-8 1 ml/L
Sensizyme 2 ml/L

Looking good man, glad I found your new grow! That slight leaf curl doesn't seem to be too menacing, the new growth is looking vibrant and happy. Best of luck on your grow. [HASHTAG]#TeamMutant[/HASHTAG]!
