I believe I have a Mn decency any advice on a quick fix. I heard to foiler feed with a fert that contains manganese. But all ihave is grow big jute which contains more Mg than Mn will that work

There is a great write up on home page Secrets of folliar feeeing...u can also use Epsom salt half teaspoon. I think add that to spray bottle and adjust Ph if necessary..then spray 3 times a day,I use a little sea salt with two drops grow big...and spray three times a day,hope this helps u may want a seasoned vet to Co sign to this.

What I'm seeing looks like the start of a cal/mag deficiency. Have you gotten a good pH meter yet? Before you do anything you need to determine if it's an actual deficiency or is being caused by the pH being off.

Soil ph is around6.8. My soil meter isn't the greatest. I need to get a digital tester.

I will be starting flowering stage soon. My question is I have 5 26 watt cfls with 2700 kelvin each and I have 2 26 watt 6500 kelvin cfls will this be good for flower stage. And any more advice for switching to 12/12 would be great.

Edit: Those lights should be just fine for flowering.

What have you been feeding them? From the looks of that leaf curl they might have been fed a bit too much.
