Yeah around day 20 she started to show some balls instead of pistils but it turned into a mic of both. I've been plucking them as I see them so I hope I can salvage her. Out of three plants one has already died so I don't want to lose another!

Dude that sucks...totally understand the feeling. I started 5 seeds, got 3 pops the other 2 inert, then lost one of the seedlings due to sun exposure... all efforts now focused on the other 2, and the 1 photo girl I got going.... sometimes mother nature can be a bitch... makes me wish I had an indoor setup already running, just to ease some of the stress of making it to harvest with so few girls.

Day 18, everything looking ok, but am starting to see signs I need to amend my nutes, so off to the hydro shop today.

My photo lady got a trim, and the spread out a little more.

all in all, pleased.

Day 20,

Yesterday, we hit 110*, friggin HOT power went down @ 1 pm, didn't come back on till 5 pm. Napped directly on the kitchen floor... coolest place in the house.
Worried about the girls, but they handled it in stride. 1st real feeding this morning, now we'll see how the new week goes. Everybody looking healthy as of now.

Growth on the auto ladies starting to really pick up... might have chosen the wrong one for the outdoor contest.... as soon as I made my selection, and uploaded the pics, the other started out running my choice... go figure

My carolina reapers have also exploded in growth this week, wasn't really expecting much from them this season, planning to over wintering and haveing a nice crop next yr, but looks like I might get a couple peppers off them this yr.

Temps supposed to be a little lower today... anybody listening up there? Just don't let the power go out!

Oh yeah.... being dry still sucks... is it Sept yet?

Day 21,

Everyone looking healthy, and growing... I struggle with looking @ other grows here and worrying my girls are behind for their age... time to meditate and turn it over to a higher power, they'll be done when they're done, all I can do is offer them all they need to succeed.

Drat, not working well... come on ladies let's get movin!

That's funny, I look at everyone else's grow and see how wide they are and worry!

I used to fuss like this over my indoor stuff 10 yrs ago, you just gotta look for good health, and leave the rest to mother earth. She knows better than I. But it's still hard to release the control.

What's that saying from AA? Grant me the power to change the things I can, accept the things I cannot, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Ya man. I have no control over how they grow. Just feed them, and watch for there signs on whether there happy or not.
Seen some small tip burn on mine today so will dial back the nutes just a touch.

Well they're looking purdy, yours are short and fat, mine taller and thinner, looks like the difference between LED and that big round thing in the sky! Am pleased with how they handled the heat, 110 friday and 105 yesterday. Direct sun... was a little worried about such small ladies, kept running out to look for stress. Never saw any, so the sunshade stayed put. Looks like it'll be cooler today. My big girls on a growth run, was about to put up a screen, but now I think I'll wait another month and keep spreading her out. I've not seen alot of outdoor scrogs, so this'll be interesting. Will probably end up with a screen that's 4x6! She's gonna be big! Hope I can afford to feed her!
