Indoor A 2x4 And Nothing More

Day 28
Girls are really getting their groove on.
Started training DD and easy to work with.
QB is fighting me hard to keep from spreading out.
Will be placing training dowels tonight.
Roots have hit the bottom and are emerging.
Now bottom feeding 1.5 pints combined with every top feeding. I use a large syringe to remove any excess water in the drip tray that doesn’t get taken up.

Dowels placed and training of main tops has started. QB’s main stem is much thicker requiring smaller adjustments.

Day 35
Both girls are doing great and stretch is on.
Had a lull in gnats for a few days but they hatched again and came back heavy.
Third and final gnat nix will be given tonight.
QB was slow with lateral branching growth but has now caught up with DD. Training continues, DLI is 35 at top of canopy and QB is forming trichomes.
Humidifier was removed Sunday and temps have increased due to longer duration for controller to trigger inline fan.

Day 42
Did a light top dressing of Flower Girl a few days ago. Girls are being fed a gallon every two days. Top light running at 60% and bottom at 100%. All four fans are on low.
Lowered the dowel 3 inches to even the canopy a bit more. Tallest flower is reading 32 DLI. VPD average over 24 hours is 1.18.
DD is ahead in flower development and trichomes are coming in fast.

I guess it could be considered a quasi espalier. But I’m only tying down the top half of the plant and not removing any branches.
Is this going outdoors? Growing flat against a wall? You have piqued my interest lol!
