Word here is they will erase all the weed felonies from the records when it gets legalized, but that sure wont give my brother back a lifetime of jobs he was turned down on due to a felony 35 years ago for $20 worth of weed. Or the 9 months in jail he did.

NY state said they'll expunge minor weed infractions. I'm outa luck though because my charges were for conspiracy to bring sailboat loads of S.American maracachafa. Oh well, at least I got to see the world from sea-level while I was still young, and got to see places tourists can't get to.

Like I've been told MANY times here before (because I'm also a noob) you aren't growing leaves my friend. So if your buds look "perfekt" you should be good no need to push her more and risk messing up "perfekt" buds. The leaves get thrown away so if they aren't perfect don't worry about it

I live in a Minnesota I never thought in a million years it be legal here. Shot been 2 years now. Can grow your own up to 8 plants have 2 pounds of weed at home and transport 2 zip. Still dispos only on the native reservations. Heard it was shit weed and really expensive. I have one 20 mins from me and havent even been there yet. Anyway what Im saying if it can happen here can happen anywhere. Dont give up hope keep fighting well will win.

NY Indian reservations licensed their dispos a couple of years before NYS did. Prices from $50 to $150 a zip of decent machine-trim. One dispo told me their inventory comes from Colorado.
