Why did you guys move?

Property manager from last place contacted parents on like February 9th saying the company that owned the house was selling it! Sent out a 30 f-ing day notice on 2/5 but luckily he called on the 9th cuz letter arrived from cali on like the 15th so woulda had less than 3 weeks to find a place and move! Found a place in same neighborhood and started moving in 3/1! Took like 10 days doing it little by little since i did tons of it myself but being that it was a company outta state that owned it nobody was there to speed us along! Plus property manager was losing that property since it was being sold so he wasn’t in a rush to force us out!

No they never have pretty sure they want to install smart meter so they can check it outside. Not exactly sure they sent us a letter saying they want to schedule to come and install new meter and they asked where it's located inside or out. Our gas meter is inside too they came in last year installed smart meter but that's on the opposite side of basement i just setup divider so you couldn't see anything. I assumed that stuff is inside here cause of our winters and the frost line

Oops, my earlier post about meters being outside missed that you were talking about water meters. We don't have those, only gas and electric. If we did have water meters, they would definitely have to be inside here, stuff needs to be buried 6 feet around here if they can't be frozen.

Anyway, if the new meter is smart, no one will have to enter the house to read it.
