Spider farmer 4000 450 watt using 30 inches above canopy 100% max output so the full 450 watt 20 hours a day look at the leaves I'm new to leds do they look like I should move them closer or further (the light)....lmk asap please and thank you

What size space is it illuminating and how old?

I’m 90-100W draw over a single plant and keep at 20” above during veg, let the plant grow towards and keep around 12-14” above during flower…just me for my small setup. Don’t know how it scales up.

And just a personal observation and opinion, running 20/4 you benefit from having the light a little higher, i’d say drop an inch or two a day down to 20-24” and keep there for a couple weeks.

No way if I hung this spider farm 18 inches above canopy it would fry my plants and temps and canopy are 72 with 40 humidity and good fan airflow this lights a monster it's a 30

And you said they look happy that's at 29 inches above canopy I thought it was too close u think I should drop to 24"?

Running a solo 12/12 under a vivosun vs1000 which is 100w. Light is at 100% intensity and plant is 5” from the light. At 29” your plants are probably not to close. Check out the Photone app and get an idea on numbers and it might help you.
Also would like to note I’m not advising you to put the lights as close as I am, my situation only allows that height and I’m a stoner so I’m running at 100% anyways. Plus your light is like 4x as strong! But seriously that app will help more than anyones opinion
