I don't know anything about that app so I will defer to those who know what they are talking about. What unit is that reporting in?

You want to get ppdf (photosynthetic photon flux density) and then use that to calculate DLI. I would shoot for at least 42 DLI. I shoot for 50. Much more than that is diminishing returns and increase risk of issues. IMHO, YMMV, etc.
