When fertigating, do you adjust ph before or after adding nutes?

I like to mix the nutrients first. Follow the instructions from the nutrient vendor. Then PH and let it mix for a while (mine go overnight) Stir it up with a spoon, air stone or mixing pump. Check the PH again and fertigate.
