Grow Mediums Auto DWC on day 63 but buds are small. Need help

Hey guys I have worked hard on my first grow to keep my plants healthy but my buds just aren't filling out I see most growers autos finish up 10-12 weeks mine are on week 8 and aren't even close.
Just needs some advice or help to get these bad boys to fatten up before it's to late!

Here is what I'm working with:
Day 63 from seed:
I'm growing 2 auto white widows and two Purple Kush in DWC .
Using:
Floraduo A/B
Cal-Mag
Just started:
Koolbloom
Diamond Nectar 12 days ago
PPM: 950
PH : 5.8

Judging by their overall size and stretch I am taking a shot in the dark that they are hurting for light. What is your lighting solution?

How does your pH and ppm run? Is the ppm going down or staying the same or rising? If it's not going down then they aren't feeding well. From what I can see in your pics I tend to agree that you might not have enough light. A general rule of thumb is at least 60 watts per square foot in bloom.

I have 240watt subtech LED and two 27 watt LED bulbs I place different areas in a 2X2ft space.

PH runs 5.7-5.9
PPM on my bucket fills are about 900-1000PPMs and they drink about 2 gallons every 7-8 days. The little water that is left in my buckets before fills is about 400-500PPMs

Hummm....what has me wondering something is the very slow, to me at least is the water usage. Only a couple of gallons once a week is crazy compared to any of my DWC plants. Looking over my record in the past my plants will use between 1 and a half to 2 gallons of water a DAY per plant. So what is taking your plant a week to use I would go through in 24 hours.

Good question I'm not sure why it's not drinking much compared to yours. I have never had nothing to compare to lol.

Are you replacing the water to maintain the level in the reservoir at a constant 1/2 inch below the net pot bottom? If not your plants are REALLY stressing going through drought and flood periods every week! Really it is best to have a top off tank connected to a float valve in the reservoir. The water in your top off needs to be PHed, aerated and about 12% of the strength of your regular reservoir or about 200 PPMs.
