Grow Mediums Auto DWC on day 63 but buds are small. Need help

Are you replacing the water to maintain the level in the reservoir at a constant 1/2 inch below the net pot bottom? If not your plants are REALLY stressing going through drought and flood periods every week! Really it is best to have a top off tank connected to a float valve in the reservoir. The water in your top off needs to be PHed, aerated and about 12% of the strength of your regular reservoir or about 200 PPMs.

Thanks for this advice, cause that is exactly what I have been doing. Once the water gets low about 2 inches in my buckets I mix fresh nutes and fill it back up to about 1/2 below net pot.

Chris:

The water level needs to be maintained at ALL times just below the net pot - not just when you change nutrients! What is happening is your roots have dried out down to that 2 inch level; they can no longer absorb water or nutrients. Only the roots in the bottom 2 inches are still working. This is most likely causing your problems. Nothing can be done now. just keep feeding the remaining roots and don't let them dry out.

I also think it is related to lighting. That amount of light is not enough for 4 plants. The one on the left is very stretchy, while the one on the right is full. 4 plants is a lot for a 2x2 area. It could be a combination of insufficient lighting and crowding.

Have they continued to grow this month? got any fresh pics?
